Domestic shipping timelines generally range from 3-7 business days, while international shipping timelines vary between 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country, customs processing, and local delivery services. Given the delicate nature of our products—including glassware and ceramic mugs—we take extra care in packaging to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep. Each item is individually wrapped in protective bubble wrap or foam, placed in a sturdy cardboard box with additional padding (such as recycled paper or foam inserts) to prevent movement during transit. Kettles, especially those with electrical components, are packaged in their original manufacturer boxes, which are then placed in an outer shipping box for added protection. We regularly test our packaging methods to minimize the risk of damage, but if your order arrives broken, chipped, or damaged, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for instructions on how to proceed.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your shipping destination. You can view the exact shipping cost for your order by adding items to your cart, entering your shipping address, and proceeding to the checkout page—no need to complete the purchase to see the shipping fee. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions for orders that meet a minimum purchase requirement; details of these promotions will be clearly displayed on our website when available.
